  • Launch the Charms bar and select Settings
  • Select Wireless to display a list of available networks
    • If you are connected to a network, the network name is listed under the wireless icon. If not, the word Available is displayed.
  • Right-click your wireless network, and select View Connection Properties
    • The Wireless Networks Properties window will open
  • Select Show Characters to view your wireless security key

  • Select Open Network and Sharing Center
  • Select Manage Wireless Networks
  • Right-click your wireless network and select Properties

  • Open the Utilities folder
  • Open Keychain Access
    • A list is displayed of the sites, applications, networks, etc. for which you have stored passwords
  • Double-click your wireless network name then select Attributes
  • Select Show Password
  • A dialog box will open, indicating that Keychain Access wants to use your information and if you want to allow it
  • Enter your Keychain password
  • Click Allow to view your wireless security key
